晓平学校2020七月份冬季假期EQ班现在接受报名

（这次假期班的人数不可以超出政府的疫情规定。如果参加不上本期假期班，请理解原谅。另外如果政府的政策有变动影响到假期班，我们会随时通知大家。）

假期班是孩子学习情商的入门班, 传递以下基础情商：

*）沉迷电子游戏会把一切奋斗向上的动力归零: 孩子们必须学会勤奋学习, 帮忙家务, 承担责任;

*）奋斗是愉快的, 年轻人如何做到、感受到: 人生有理想有动力; “个人最佳”的努力, 德智体艺文全面发展;

*）正确的成就感: 理解金钱、成功和幸福的关系以及它们深层次的潜意识含义。因为, 到了四五十岁的时候, 还是要有点成就才会让生活更美满;

*）当外面的世界给我们风风雨雨, 孩子们要把挫折变成自信的路径: 承受压力, 接受挑战; 主动耕耘, 纪律自己;

*）我们必须明白时间管理和效率管理背后的心理格局, 才会有真正有效的执行力;

*）人与人的关系: 要学会建设一个家, 更要学会建设一个团队: 上做人物, 下做事情, 承担责任, 从我做起, 现在动手;

*）学习前辈: 看看历史是如何通过个人含金量来重复的: 独立, 自信; 负责, 自律; 善良, 贡献。

“4能4敢”的情商是决定一个人幸福和成功最重要的素质：

*）能想敢想: 有独立判断、构思的思维能力, 加上自我突破的勇气；

*）能干敢干: 有执行、承担的做事能力, 加上理性冒险的动力；

*）能说敢说: 有条理清晰、亲和鼓舞的沟通能力, 加上挑战现状的意愿；

*）能听敢听: 有聆听、理解的能力, 加上接受异见的胸怀。

The Xiaoping School’s Winter Holiday EQ Program in July 2020 is now open for enrolment.

Emotional intelligence is the most important quality that determines a person’s happiness and success. It includes:

*) Dare to think and Able to think: The ability and the courage to make independent judgments, to create ideas, and to make self-breakthrough.

*) Dare to act and able to act: The ability to plan and execute tasks, to take risks rationally.

*) Dare to speak up and able to influence/communicate: Well-thought, welcoming and inspiring communication skills together with readiness to challenge the existing knowledge limits.

*) Dear to listen and able to disagree: The ability to listen, to understand, to accept a spectrum of ideas and thoughts.

The holiday program is the entry-level class for children to learn EQ. Some of the benefits are:

*) Addicting to video games will kills all motivation. Children must learn to avoid being driven by entertainment. They need to nurture the habits of working hard, helping around the house and taking responsibility.

*) Taking up challenges can be happy and satisfying. Children must learn that it is essential to have a dream and to have life driving force from within; Thus, they can achieve their own personal bests in every aspects of life.

*) Children will learn a correct mindset about achievements. They will understand the relationship among money, success, and happiness. They will see the human’s underlying subconscious meaning.

*) Children will learn how to deal with frustrations and confrontations. They can turn setbacks into confidence building. They will be able to take pressure, to accept challenges and to discipline themselves.

*) Children also learn the psychological principles behind time management and human efficiency management.

*) Children will learn some basics about human relationship. The family. The team. The society.

*) Children will learn history: See how history repeats itself through personal developments: independence, confidence; Responsible, self-discipline; Kindness, contribution.
